Role & responsibilities
1. Checking of Restaurants - Void KOT; Void Bill; NC Report; Reprinted Bill Report & Discounted Bill Report on daily basis.
2. Checking of all Bills & Challans of Food & Beverage on Daily Basis.
3. Checking of all indents of Food & Beverage whether its proper punched in MMS.
4. Ensures that menus are costed at regular intervals
5. Agree with Chef the correct portion control in food
6. Creating codes in Pet Pooja & updating Rates as per Menu.
7. Maintaining Daily Food Cost Report .
8. Preparing Month End Closing Reports.
9. Updating Recipe Rates of Food & Beverage as per Contract Rate.
10. Preparing Complimentary Consumption Report on Monthly Basis.
11. Portion control with help of recipe and consumption
12. To prepare Daily Sales & Food Cost Report.
13. To prepare monthly MIS Reports.
14. Currently using Pet Pooja software for receipt & issue.
15. Taking Inventory & Preparing Variance Report on Daily Basis.
16. Preparing Menu Engineering Report on Monthly Basis.
17. Surprise Check for Gram ages of Products & Preparing Report for the same.
18. Preparing Revenue Audit Report on Daily Basis.
19. Verify, Update Rates & Prepare Spoilage & NC Report on Daily Basis.
20. Helping to Prepare Recipe cost of new Products.
21. Recording of food and beverage costs.
22. Adhering to all cost control procedures.
23. Updating costings.
24. F&B revenue and cost audits.
25. Reviews purchasing procedures for all F&B items.
26. Ensures compliance with documentation/authorization processes.
27. Monitor inventories of Food & Beverage to increase inventory turnover.
28. Participates in month end reporting procedures in relation to F&B stock.
29. Control the ordering, purchasing and issuing of food and beverage goods.
