Production Supervisor

A leading rubber manufacturing industry is looking for production supervisor's and its JD below follows,

• Carryout production to meet as per the production plan.
• Ensure the availability of raw materials and consumables for production.
• Monitoring and controlling of production and rejection on hourly basis.
• Maintain the Machine and floor cleaning and house keeping in the respective shift
• Reduce the rejection and rework on the respective shift.
• Provide the proper identification marking on each and every stage to avoid the mix up and cross contamination.
• Identify and store properly on the nonconforming product.
• Dispatch only the QC cleared products.
• To ensure the use of PPEs during operation in the respective shift
• Training given to the Operators, Slug maker, Carrier filling, Grading, Packing employee.
• Rejection and rework control on respective shift.
• Taking correction and corrective action for the non confirming product on respective shift.
• Initiating and informing to the machine breakdown to maintenance people to rectify in the respective shift for minor breakdowns. If any major it has been informed to PM.
