Production Manager - Rubber Products

Role & responsibilities :

• Carryout production to meet as per the production plan.
• Ensure the availability of raw materials and

consumables for production.

• Monitoring and controlling of production and rejection on hourly basis.
• Maintain the Machine and floor cleaning and house keeping in the respective shift
• Reduce the rejection and rework on the respective shift.
• Provide the proper identification marking on each and every stage to avoid the mix up and cross contamination.
• Identify and store properly on the non-conforming product.
• Dispatch only the QC cleared products.
• To ensure the use of PPEs during operation in the respective shift
• Training given to the Operators, Slug maker, Carrier filling, Grading, Packing employee.

Rejection and rework control.

Taking correction and corrective action for the non confirming product on respective shift

Initiating and informing to the machine breakdown to maintenance people to rectify in the respective shift for minor breakdowns. If any major it has been informed to AGM(O).
