Team Leader || Tele sales Department

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader Telesales to manage and drive a team of telesales executives in our Financial Services (DSA) division, specializing in used car loans. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in telesales, leadership, and financial products, ensuring team productivity and business growth.

Role & responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of telesales executives to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor team performance, provide training, and ensure high productivity.
• Handle customer queries and escalations efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Maintain strong relationships with financers and ensure smooth loan processing.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and analyse performance data.
• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: Minimum 2-4 years in telesales, preferably in financial services (DSA), NBFC, Bank.
• Education: Any
• Skills: Strong leadership, Team Collaboration, Target achiever, Team Handling.
• Knowledge: Experience in vehicle loans/used car finance is highly preferred.
