Mercedes Benz Mahavir Motors ( Premium Car Auto Dealership) seeking a skilled and proactive IT Executive with 3-4 years of experience in managing hardware, software, server configurations, IP configurations, and IT inventory.

Location: Madhapur

Role & responsibilities

• Hardware & Software Management: Install, configure, and maintain company hardware, software, and peripheral devices. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware and software as they arise.

• Server Configuration & Maintenance: Assist in configuring, maintaining, and upgrading company servers, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.

• IP Configuration: Set up and manage IP addresses and network configurations for all devices connected to the companys network. Troubleshoot network-related issues as needed.

• IT Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of all IT assets (hardware and software). Ensure timely updates, audits, and proper documentation for all IT equipment.

• Technical Support: Provide technical support to internal teams for IT-related issues. Assist with user account creation, software installation, and troubleshooting.

• System Monitoring & Security: Regularly monitor IT systems and networks for performance and security issues. Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard the companys IT infrastructure.

• Documentation & Reporting: Document configurations, procedures, and changes. Prepare regular reports for the IT department and management, detailing system performance and any issues encountered.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of hands-on experience in IT support or administration, with a focus on hardware, software, server management, and networking.
• Strong understanding of server configurations (Windows/Linux/Unix).
• Experience with IP configuration and troubleshooting of network devices.
• Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Solid knowledge of IT inventory management and asset tracking systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of IT security best practices is a plus.
