Role & responsibilities

Credit and Disbursement

• Develop, update, and implement credit policies and procedures for vehicle loans region wise
• Managing credit teams and overall assigned responsibilities including analysis of product parameters monitoring, etc.
• Credit underwriting with appropriate loan sanction authority.
• Ability to manage multiple Client transactions, work under pressure and meet project/transaction deadlines/timelines.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments for vehicle loan applications.
• Monitor and manage credit risk exposure within the region
• Collaborate with sales, collections, and other relevant departments to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
• Implementation of loan decision with technology teams to have a smooth automated loan process.
• Analyse and suggest corrections to vehicle price grid based on changes in market value and area wise fast-moving products
• Product, Policy and Viability training to BM's and Sales team

Pre Requisites:

• Bachelors degree in finance, business, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional certifications preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in credit processing & Risk analytics environment in NBFC’s
• Knowledge of handling credit regulations in states of TN & AP/TS
• Proven experience in credit operations, with a focus on vehicle loans.
• Strong understanding of risk management principles and credit underwriting.
• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.
• Languages to be known: Tamil, Telugu & English
