Purchase Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure purchases comply with company policies and budget limits.
• Assess potential suppliers by price, quality, service, and delivery.
• Manage current supplier relationships.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of goods and services.
• Coordinate with internal departments to determine purchasing needs.
• Assist with regular inventory checks to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Price Comparison and Analysis
• Keep accurate records of procurement activities, including orders, agreements, and invoices.
