Team Lead - Cyber Security Testing (10-15 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of cyber security testers.

- Plan and execute security testing activities, including penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and fuzzing.

- Develop and maintain security testing methodologies and procedures.

- Conduct security assessments of embedded systems, industrial devices, and IoT systems.

- Analyze security vulnerabilities and provide recommendations for remediation.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and testing tools.

- Collaborate with development teams to ensure secure product development.

- Contribute to the development and implementation of security best practices.

- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.

- Communicate security assessment results to stakeholders.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our security testing processes.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.

- Contribute to the development of training materials for security testers.

Requirements :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, Information Science, Electronics, Cyber Security, or a related field.

Mandatory Experience :

- 10+ years of experience in device security testing, ideally within the Industrial Automation or Automotive sectors.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Python, or Shell scripting.

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD practices.

- Familiarity with different industrial protocols, fuzzing protocols, and PLC systems.

- Hands-on experience in the embedded domain.

- Understanding of the Secure Development Lifecycle and standards such as IEC 62443-4.

- Experience with tools like OpenVAS, Nessus, Nmap, Wireshark.

- Experience with penetration testing for embedded or IoT systems.

- Hands-on experience with various industrial protocols (eProfinet, EtherCAT, Ethernet/IP, Modbus, OPC/UA, TSN) and PLC systems (Siemens, Rockwell, Yokogawa, Schneider Electric, Beckhoff, ABB, Omron).

- Hands-on experience with automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, FlexRay)
