MagicWorks IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a full-service digital solutions firm based in Pune. We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Google Ads Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing paid ad campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, and maximize ROI. This role requires in-depth knowledge of Google Ads and associated tools, along with strong analytical skills to monitor campaign performance and optimize results.

Experience: 1.5 to 3 years

Qualification: Any graduate or post graduate or MBA in (Marketing/Sales)or related field with an excellent understanding of Digital Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

• Plan, create, and execute effective Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, and App campaigns).
• Conduct keyword research to identify high-performing and relevant keywords.
• Develop and optimize ad copy, landing pages, and creative assets to improve quality scores and conversion rates.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and Google Ads dashboard.
• Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Track KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI to evaluate campaign success.

Optimization:

• Conduct A/B testing for ads and landing pages to improve performance.
• Continuously refine campaign strategies to reduce cost per click and improve overall ad performance.
• Implement bid strategies and budget allocation to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

Competitor & Market Research:

• Perform competitive analysis and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for growth and expansion in Google Ads channels.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with content creators, designers, and developers to align ad campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
• Present campaign insights and results to internal stakeholders and clients

Preferred candidate profile

• In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, including Search, Display, and Shopping campaigns.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelors degree or Masters degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Google Ads Certifications is a plus
• Experience with additional paid media platforms
