We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Market Research(Lead Generation) Executive. In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying market opportunities, gathering insights, and driving lead generation to support our sales pipeline. You will bridge the gap between market intelligence and sales outreach, ensuring a seamless flow of information and prospects for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive research to identify target markets, industry trends, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities.
- Build and maintain a database of market insights to guide strategic decision-making.
- Identify and profile key decision-makers and influencers within target companies.
- Generate and qualify leads through various outreach channels, including cold calls, emails, and social media platforms.
- Schedule appointments, demos, and meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Nurture and build relationships with prospects through personalized communication.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns for lead generation.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and up-to-date lead and prospect information.
- Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: 1-3 years in market research, lead generation, sales development, or a similar role.
- Candidates from IT industry preferred.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and research platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with market research methodologies and sales development strategies.
