Job Description
Roles and Responsibility:
- Create, edit, and manage high-quality technical content for diverse platforms (blogs, websites, whitepapers, manuals, etc.).
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and validate information.
- Develop and maintain content style guides and standards.
- Ensure technical accuracy and clarity in all content.
- Conduct thorough research to stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
- Optimise content for SEO and user engagement.
- Mentor and guide junior writers to improve their skills and output.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, English, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in technical writing or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent research skills to gather information and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly.
- Familiarity with content management systems and keyword research tools.
- Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and documentation tools.
- Experience with SEO best practices
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Experience - 5+ years (Only IT Industry)
Location - Kolkata (Onsite/ Remote)
