Intern - Strategy/Research - Navi Mumbai (Airoli)

Job responsibilities:
(1) The ideal candidate will demonstrate robust secondary research skills, be familiar with the social sector in India, and have an eye for detail
(2) Experience in volunteering or interning with NGOs/non-profits is preferred
(3) Strong analytical capabilities including data cleaning and collation are critical for this role
(4) Ability to tap into various sources of information to arrive at the most relevant resources is valuable to this role
(5) Knowledge of monitoring, evaluation and learning and internal data collection through Google Forms/Microsoft Forms/SurveyMonkey is preferred
(6) Read below to find information on potential projects that the candidate will be involved in:
o Updating existing directories containing information on peer organizations
o Research on appropriate MEL tools suited to specific projects in the organization
o Assisting the creation of a knowledge bank reflecting org-wide program achievements
o A deeper analysis of various systems-change frameworks to aid our ongoing government partnerships
o End-to-end supply chain research on rural gig work opportunities- digital and physical and related rural livelihood development landscape mapping.
Stipend: 10k/month (it is a 2 months requirement)
Location: Airoli - Navi Mumbai
Qualification: Master's student or undergraduate degree holder in the following disciplines- Economics, Statistics, Social Sciences, Business Management/Administration.
Skills required: secondary research, leveraging AI for synthesis of information, mixed methods data analysis.
