Role Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Manager with a strong background in SaaS products, product
management, and P&L responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in Go-To-Market
(GTM) strategy development and execution, as well as enterprise sales experience within the SaaS industry. This
role requires cross-functional collaboration, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities to drive business growth
and success.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Product Growth:
○ Develop and implement strategies to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
○ Identify new market opportunities and lead initiatives to expand our customer base.
2. Product Improvement:
○ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather customer feedback and identify areas for
product enhancement.
○ Analyze user behavior and metrics to inform product development and feature prioritization.
3. Customer Engagement:
○ Act as the primary point of contact for key customers, ensuring their needs are met and
expectations exceeded.
○ Conduct regular check-ins and gather feedback to foster long-term relationships and loyalty.
4. Competition Analysis:
○ Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify threats and opportunities.
○ Provide insights and recommendations based on competitive analysis to inform product
positioning and marketing strategies.
5. GTM Strategy Development:
● Create and implement effective GTM strategies for new and existing products.
● Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
5. Driving Product Usage:
○ Create and execute campaigns to encourage product usage and engagement among existing
customers.
○ Develop training materials and conduct workshops/webinars to educate users on product
features and best practices. 6. Product Feature Enhancement:
○ Work closely with the product development team to translate customer feedback into actionable
feature enhancements.
○ Prioritize and manage the product roadmap based on customer needs and market demands.
Skills:
● 12+ years of experience in product management or business management, preferably in the SaaS industry.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
● Familiarity with product management tools and methodologies.
● Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Education:
● MBA is preferred from Tier1 institutions.
