Tele Sales Executive

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by connecting with prospective customers via phone, understanding their needs, and scheduling site visits for properties that align with their interests.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate or ed-tech industries
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting : Make outbound calls to prospective customers to understand their property requirements.
• Quality Site Visits : Arrange and schedule site visits for interested customers, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Property Presentations : Provide detailed information about properties, highlighting features, benefits, and pricing.
• Follow-ups : Gather feedback and address concerns after site visits to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Sales Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• CRM Management : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and site visits in the CRM system.
• Market Insights : Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitors to provide valuable insights to customers.

Eligibility Criteria :

Experience : 2+ years in real estate (e.g., Nobroker, Livspace, 99 Acres, ) or edtech (e.g., Byjus, Unacademy)

Working Days : 6 Days [Monday to Thursday: Rotational day off (one day off)] // Friday, Saturday, and Sunday: Mandatory working days

Education : Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Mandatory)

Language : Fluency in English and Hindi

Job Type : Work-from-office (Only Day Shift)

Salary : UPTO 40K CTC
