Job Description
Weare looking for an enthusiastic Fabric Designers to join our team. The idealcandidate will have a creative mindset for crafting unique designs and portrayhis strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates theirpassion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will haveexperiences in working with numerous different design platforms such as digitaland print forms.
WhatYoull Do
Design captivating and unique wallpaper patterns and for other products.
Create designs from scratch and work with combination of elements.
Developing design concepts and sketches in line with the brand aesthetics and the inspiration for the collection
Researching the latest trends and colors and be updated with latest social media, landscape, and market standards.
Create mood-boards and inspirational boards.
Ensure design meet the highest of standards.
Create compelling and effective designs, print, digital media, social creatives, and advertisement creatives.
Collaborate with the team seniors to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets.
Ability to create high-quality designs within tight deadlines.
Requirements

Requirements
WhatYou\u2019ll Need
Bachelors degree in Fashion Designing / TextileDesigning will be a plus.
1 to 3 years of experience in graphic design, illustrations,product packaging, book covers etc.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,Illustrator), Figma.
Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typographyskills and design skills
A keen eye for aesthetics and a strong attention todetail
Graduates from Architectural Background are also welcome.
Freshers holding above mentioned certifications andwith internship experience can also apply.
Keen to learn and experiment new things.

Team is cooperative. People are very much driven towards the work.
Dislikes
No support from the management. Vague mission and vission. Toxic culture and a big Red Flag environment. Delayed salary disbursement. (e.g. Jan month's salary is being disbursed on 20th Feb). People can be terminated any time without prior notice. Micromanagement at its peak.
