Job Title: Inside Sales Executive (Female) / Experience - 1 to 2 years
Location: Coimbatore Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Inside Sales Executive to manage outbound sales calls, drive
lead generation, and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will excel in
communication, customer engagement, and meeting sales targets while contributing to our
business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to generate leads and convert opportunities.
• Market researching diversified business vertical to develop customer centric Database
and GTM strategies
• Scratch data from tools like LinkedIn /CRM & Database management application
• Qualify leads, present solutions, and address customer needs effectively.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and report sales activities.
• Meet sales targets and support team objectives.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing.
• Experience in cold calling within manufacturing domain will be added advantage
• Strong communication, interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and professional demeanour.
