Job Description:

Has responsibility for managing a team with given process scope (OTC,
Collections and/or credit management). Might be segregated according to
geography and customer segmentation. Typically manages multiple team
leaders.

Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience with 5-7 years in Accounting

High problem-solving ability
Experience with ERP/S4 systems
Influence and collaborate cross functionally and in a matrix organization.
Result driven, logical & analytical
Excellent communication
Good interpersonal skills & strong integrity Able to lead people successfully through transformation and continuous improvement mindset
