Engineering Manager

Maersk is looking for an innovative Engineering Manager to lead a team of 10 engineers driving the evolution of the Maersk Observability Platform (MOP) . Built on the Grafana LGTM stack , MOP supports mission-critical systems across Maersk's global operations. You will define and implement the next stage of observability and alerting strategies, integrating AI-driven insights to ensure reliable, high-performance digital experiences for our customers.

What You ll Need:

• Leadership Experience: 10+ years in software engineering, including 3+ years leading teams.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency with Grafana, Prometheus, Tempo, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). AI-powered observability experience is a big plus.
• Strategic Mindset: Ability to connect technical decisions with customer and business outcomes.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Experience handling complex tech stacks and distributed architectures.
