Job Description
We are seeking a professional to join our team in Accounting Operations , responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounting Operations :
- Oversee day-to-day financial transactions.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and standards.
- Perform cost accounting duties, including allocation and analysis of direct and indirect costs, variance analysis, and cost control.
- Engage in budget accounting, helping to develop and monitor annual revenue/expense budgets.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and invoicing tasks.
- Administrative Support :
- Perform technical, administrative, or operational tasks to support the broader team.
- Assist in day-to-day office operations, with a focus on efficiency and detail-oriented execution.
- Support tasks of varying complexity, using standardized methods, while escalating non-routine issues as necessary.
Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years of work experience in finance and accounting.
- Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles.
- Working knowledge of SAP S4 is Add on.
- Detailed understanding of FINOPS processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ability to prepare reliable and accurate accounting information.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently, applying standards while solving routine problems.
- Basic knowledge of accounting processes and administrative tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Job-related training or relevant on-the-job experience.
- Ability to immediately inform the supervisor/leader about any process issues.
This role requires limited prior business knowledge but offers the opportunity for growth and development within the organization. Candidates should be comfortable working under supervision and within established guidelines.
