Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service Excellence: Manage customer channel activities, case management, onboarding, relationship building, and contract/dispute resolution.
• Task Execution: Perform skilled technical, administrative, and operational tasks, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Process Adherence: Follow established operational procedures and guidelines, escalating deviations as needed.
• Problem Resolution: Tackle routine and non-routine challenges independently or escalate to senior colleagues when required.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Educational Background: Bachelor s or Master s degree in business, finance, science, arts, or a related field from a reputed institute.
• Experience: 3 to 6 years in customer service, administrative, or operational roles, preferably in shipping & logistics.
• Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of shipping processes and a commitment to process adherence.
• Attention to Detail: Highly organized with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Problem-Solving: Self-starter with analytical abilities and a proactive approach to prevent issues and drive outcomes.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Adaptability: Ability to work under pressure, meet timelines, and embrace new challenges in a dynamic environment.
• Teamwork: Collaborative and independent, with the ability to guide and challenge stakeholders when necessary.
