Software Engineer (Java)

As a member of the engineering team, you will also contribute to architectural decisions, mentor junior developers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities:

Application Development :

• Write, optimize, and maintain Stored Procedures in Microsoft SQL Server / ORACLE or others ODBC compliant DB .
• Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable, and efficient backend solutions using Java and Spring Framework .

Database Management :

• Design and implement efficient database schemas.
• Optimize database performance and query execution.

Agile Practices :

• Collaborate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Participate in iterative development, continuous integration, and testing.

Code Quality and Standards :

• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code adhering to best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Collaboration and Mentorship :

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Quality Assurance.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers to elevate team skill levels.

Problem Solving :

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement and suggest innovative solutions.
