Executive - Tours & Ticketing

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Executive - Reservation/Ticketing and Tours to join our dynamic team. This role will involve providing expert travel advice to clients, Ticket issuance and planning travel itineraries, booking accommodations, and organizing tours. You will be responsible for ensuring that clients enjoy a seamless and memorable travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored travel advice to clients based on their preferences, budgets, and requirements
• Ticket issuance
• Design and create detailed travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transfers, and excursions.
• Book and confirm reservations for travel services such as flights, hotels, tours, and transportation.
• Assist clients in selecting the best destinations, based on factors like climate, activities, and cultural experiences.
• Stay updated on travel trends, new destinations, and emerging travel technologies.
• Provide assistance to travellers with travel documentation, including visas, travel insurance, and other necessary arrangements.
• Handle client inquiries, resolve any travel-related issues, and ensure client satisfaction before, during, and after travel.
• Work closely with suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators, to ensure competitive pricing and availability.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Certification in Travel and Tourism or relevant industry experience (e.g., IATA, Travel Agent certification).
• 5-7 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, particularly in travel consulting, tour planning, or customer service and Ticketing knowledge
• Proficiency in booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus).
