Telephone Operator

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Telephone Operator to handle incoming and outgoing calls, direct them to appropriate departments, and provide a high level of service to clients, customers, and internal staff. The Telephone Operator will ensure that all calls are managed efficiently, courteously, and in a timely manner.

Preferred candidate profile

Education - Any UG or PG degree

Previous experience in a customer service or telephone operator role preferred.

Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and professional telephone manner.

Problem-solving abilities and patience in handling calls

Willing to do rotational shifts

Experience - Need maximum of 5 years experience as telephone operator
