This is a full-time role at Madify located in Guwahati, Assam.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interviews.
Design and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new employees integrate smoothly.
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns, while developing and implementing initiatives to boost employee satisfaction and retention.
Maintain accurate employee records, ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and manage payroll, leave, and attendance systems.
Create and update HR policies and procedures in line with company values and legal requirements, while educating employees and managers on policy updates.
Develop and oversee performance reviews , and support managers in setting goals and providing feedback to team members.
Identify training needs and organize development programs to enhance employee skills, collaborating with external trainers when necessary.
Prepare reports on HR metrics like turnover, recruitment, and engagement to support decision-making.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of HR experience
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Strong understanding of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in HR software and tools.
Ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and professionalism.
