GCC/ Shared services Center Head/Site Lead

- Leading the Bangalore Site of Clean Harbors GCC across all stages of operations

- Running the overall business operations in Bangalore Site (to be scaled up to 200+ employees in 12-18 months)

- Hiring, onboarding, and mentoring your leadership team - functional leads, HR lead, finance lead, migration lead, process excellence lead, knowledge management lead and site operations lead, and other enabling resources

- Leading and/or supporting a variety of end-to-end activities to improve work effectiveness, process transformation, and automation

- Managing multiple functions and work activities to drive improved service delivery

- Creating a positive reputation in the talent market to attract, retain and grow talent to Clean Harbors

- Building and owning development of the Clean Harbors culture

- Supporting the GCC location strategy as well as casting the net wider and identifying new opportunities to deliver work out of the GCC

- Running and managing the physical infrastructure, security, and amenities to Clean Harbors standards

- Being the face of company in Bangalore, and partnering with GCC India head office in Hyderabad as required
