JD - Maintenance Mechanical

1. Proper maintaining of machine to avoid downtime

2. Make daily, weekly and monthly checklists, and maintain the machine as per that

3. Minimum spares to be kept ready to avoid machine downtime

4. Maintaining all plant electrical connections and lights properly

5. Regular Checks of DG set, compressor, Vacuum pump, Shop floor AC, Cranes, Forklift, UPS, Transformer, And Main electrical panels,

6. All earth pits to be regularly monitored to avoid earth leakage

7. Maintaining of all oil levels on machines, chillers,

8. All Machines AC filters to cleaned regularly

9.Performs preventive maintenance procedures on mechanical equipment on a scheduled basis; inspects belts, checks fluid levels, replaces filters, greases bearings etc.; repairs or replaces broken parts.

10.Responding immediately to machinery breakdowns

11.Maintenance of machine history card

12.Following the MTBF AND MTTR calculation for m/c efficiency

13.Maintain all documents related to AS Rev D.

Key Performance Indicator to be achieved by the role holder include

• % reduction in machine breakdown time.
