Machine Maintenance Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical/mechanical systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance.

• Troubleshoot electrical faults and malfunctions using appropriate testing and diagnostic equipment.

• Repair or replace faulty electrical components, such as motors, transformers, circuit breakers, and switches.

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and control systems.

• Conduct regular inspections of electrical panels, wiring, and connections to identify potential hazards or code violations.

• Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.

• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and equipment condition in CNC/VMC

• Troubleshoot and Parameters knowledge about CNC controller like Heidenhain, Fanuc, Siemens is must.

• Troubleshoot hydraulics, electronics, and software, electrical, pneumatic and mechanical systems.

Preferred candidate profile

• CNC Maintenance Engineer electronics/electrical with 3-8 Years Expierience

• Knowledge about electronics components, repair of drives and circuit boards on component level will be added advantage.

• Candidate with relevant machine maintenance experience in Manufacturing industry) with understanding of electronics circuit diagrams etc
