Machinery & Spares is expanding its Sales Team and looking for dynamic professionals to join our Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad and Bengaluru offices. We have openings for Sales Executives and Branch Sales Managers.

Ideal candidates should have:

• Strong knowledge of Capital Goods such as Lathes, Shearing Machines, Press Brakes, Milling Machines, etc.
  
• Prior experience in industrial sales, particularly in industries requiring these machines.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities through market research, industrial visits, customer needs analysis, and competitor activity monitoring.
  
• Build strong relationships with existing customers to increase repeat purchases and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, production) to provide technical support and resolve customer issues.
  
• Develop sales strategies to achieve targets for industrial machinery products.
  
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, track performance metrics, and optimize sales processes.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-8 years of experience in industrial product sales or capital goods industry.
  
• Strong understanding of industrial machinery products and their applications.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer engagement and negotiation.
  
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards common goals.
