Position: Injection Mould Machine Maintenance Engineer

Experience: 4 to 8 years

Academic Requirement: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Location: Pune for 1 month (with initial training in China for 12 months)

Skills:

• Strong technical expertise in hydraulic, electronic, and mechanical systems of injection moulding machines.
• Experience in diagnosing and fixing equipment issues in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to breakdowns.
• Willingness to travel internationally for training and deployment.
• Proficiency in English language is required.

Others:

Experience of working in Automotive/Manufacturing organization would be preferred.

This role involves:

• Initial training in China to gain expertise in modern maintenance techniques.
• Deployment to our CTA facilities at overseas where you will be responsible for keeping all injection moulding machines in optimal working condition.

Candidate will play a key role in minimizing machine downtime, optimizing production efficiency, and ensuring smooth operations at the plant.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on injection moulding machines.
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic, electronic, and mechanical failures to ensure production continuity.
• Lead the setup and calibration of new injection moulding machinery.
• Implement a preventive maintenance schedule to maximize machine lifespan and minimize breakdowns.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure continuous improvement and efficiency.
• Train local maintenance teams to develop their technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
