Position: Injection Moulding Process Engineer

Experience: 4 to 8 years

Academic Requirement: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Location: Pune for 1 month (with initial training in China for 12 months)

Skills:

• Strong experience in setting up and optimizing injection moulding machines.
• A problem-solver with an analytical mindset and the ability to think on your feet.
• Willingness to travel internationally for training and deployment.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results without fail.
• Proficiency in English language is required.

Others

• Experience of working in Automotive/Manufacturing organization would be preferred.
• Three months of training in China to gain expertise in advanced injection moulding techniques.
• Deployment to our CTA facilities at overseas where you will lead the setup and calibration of injection moulding machinery.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Mechanical Engineering Graduate with hands-on experience in injection moulding. Candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration and operation, optimizing process parameters, and supporting production as we target deliveries into Turkey and Europe.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• Establish and optimize injection moulding process parameters to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Undergo intensive training in China on modern injection moulding techniques.
• Lead the installation, setup, and calibration of new injection moulding equipment.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure production readiness and operational excellence.
• Identify and resolve technical issues related to injection moulding, tooling, and material processing.
