The project:
This is a mixed-use development including a commercial building, service apartment, and club in Mumbai.

Responsible for managing the delivery of specific aspects, areas or work packages on projects, to key performance indicator (KPIs) of safety, quality, cost and programme.
Works as part of a construction delivery team, building and managing relationships with trade/sub contractors, internal and external colleagues and stake holders.
You ll be responsible for:
Responsible for supporting team/s using sound technical/functional capabilities, whilst supporting performance management, technical development and coaching.
Responsible for the infrastructure, structure and/or fit out of a specific area or package, including site conditions, programme, quality and safe working standards.
Collaborates with and takes direction from the project package managers, regarding programme and critical path works in the area.
Guides forecast lookahead meetings for the area or package, working with the package manager.
Provides detailed planned vs actual data for all works within their area, knowing when to escalate to construction leadership where deviation from the plan is evident.
Supports the implementation of the project digital strategy, and where construction information can be found.
Guides close out of area, understanding all relevant QA/QC plans and ITPs and handover.
Develops effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Provides informal mentoring/training to junior members of the team.
Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
You ll need to have:
Bachelors degree in civil.
Experience of projects of a similar nature.
