Role Summary:

Maahi Milk Producer Organization is seeking a seasoned Dairy Quality Professional to lead and manage Farmers and members at MPP levels for the Department of quality assurance processes, technical analysis, and compliance within our dairy production operations. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience and expertise to ensure adherence to the highest standards of product quality and safety, as well as oversee the efficiency of processes in the dairy industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Assurance Management:
• Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance systems, policies, and standards for the entire dairy value chain from farmers to customers' dairy products.
• Ensure compliance with national and international food safety and quality standards (e.g., FSSAI, ISO, HACCP).
• Conduct routine audits and inspections across production facilities to identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
2. Process Optimization:
• Oversee and enhance end-to-end processes in milk procurement, production, and packaging to maintain quality standards.
• Analyze operational performance and recommend improvements to reduce waste and enhance product consistency.
3. Technical Analysis:
• Manage lab operations, ensuring accurate and timely analysis of raw milk, finished products, and processing parameters.
• Stay updated with technological advancements in the dairy industry to implement cutting-edge quality practices.
4. Team Leadership and Training:
• Lead and mentor the quality assurance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Conduct training sessions to educate staff on quality and safety protocols.
5. Compliance and Documentation:
• Maintain thorough documentation of quality control activities, audit reports, and compliance records.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities during inspections and ensure all processes meet statutory requirements.
6. Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Work closely with procurement, production, and supply chain teams to ensure a seamless flow of high-quality dairy products.
• Address customer complaints related to quality issues and implement strategies to prevent recurrence.
