Role - Chief Growth Officer (Real estate)

We are looking to expand our mandate marketing portfolio with the introduction of a dedicated business development team. The role of Chief Growth Officer shall and lead and build this team to foster nurture and grow multiple line of businesses. CGO shall report and work closely with the CEO and shall drive the partnerships and sales along.

Responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand the company's presence in the real estate sector through mandated marketing projects.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, finance) to align business development goals.
Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.
Results-oriented with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.
Prepare and present regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities, progress, and performance metrics.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Knowledge of real estate market trends, regulations, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

Proven experience of 10 - 15 years in business development within the real estate industry in Bangalore.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data and drive actionable plans.
Experience with mandate firms or tier 2 developers is preferred.
Familiarity with real estate market trends, regulations, and industry best practices.
Command over local languages of Kannada, Telugu and Tamil is preferred.
Age under 40 Years is preferred but not mandatory.
