Provide training and support to channel partners to enhance their sales capabilities and product knowledge. Lead, motivate, and manage channel sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment. Conduct regular performance evaluations, set individual and team goals, and provide constructive feedback to ensure team members' professional development. Ensure alignment between team activities and overall business objectives, promoting a culture of accountability and excellence. Analyze sales data and prepare reports for senior management to track performance and forecast trends
Requirements:
Proven experience of 10 - 15 years in Channel Sales within the real estate industry in Bangalore. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data and drive actionable plans. Experience with mandate firms or tier 2 developers is preferred. Familiarity with real estate market trends, regulations, and industry best practices. Command over local languages of Kannada, Telugu and Tamil is preferred.
