Roles and Resposibilties

1. Social Media Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement data-driven social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Optimize content strategy based on performance insights and audience preferences.

2. Content Creation & Management

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms.
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity.
• Develop innovative campaigns to enhance audience engagement.

3. Digital Sales & Lead Generation

• Drive digital sales through targeted social media marketing campaigns.
• Develop strategies for social commerce, including product promotions and direct sales via social media.
• Track and analyze conversion metrics from social media platforms to optimize performance.

4. Social Media Advertising & Budget Management

• Plan and execute advertising campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Optimize ad spend for maximum ROI and customer acquisition.

5. Community Engagement & Influencer Marketing

• Monitor social media channels for customer queries, feedback, and trends.
• Build and manage relationships with influencers and brand advocates to enhance credibility.
• Respond to comments, messages, and reviews to improve brand reputation.

6. Performance Analytics & Reporting

• Track and analyze key social media metrics (engagement, reach, CTR, conversions, etc.).
• Provide weekly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.

7. Collaboration & Innovation

• Work closely with the sales, marketing, and content teams to align social media strategies with business goals.

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
