Job Description
- Product Leadership: Define the strategy, roadmap, and vision for specific lending products, aligning with M2P Fintechs overall goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering, design, implementation, business development, and other stakeholders to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Customer Advocacy: Deeply understand the needs and pain points of our lending customers, translating their insights into actionable product requirements.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze product metrics, user feedback, and market trends to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and growth.
As a Product Manager in our burgeoning Lending Product vertical, youll play a pivotal role in driving the product strategy and vision for innovative lending products. Youll collaborate with a cross-functional team, leveraging your expertise to create solutions that empower businesses and drive growth. This is an opportunity to be a leader in a dynamic space, leveraging the power of our Core Lending Suite to make a lasting impact.
Your Role:
What You ll Need:
- 6+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience / Expertise in Lending, understanding the unique needs and challenges of this market.
- Masters degree (MBA or similar) a plus. Bachelors degree required (Computer Science, Engineering, Commerce, or similar preferred)
- Possess a strong strategic mindset, able to envision the future and create a roadmap to get there.
- Passionate about understanding customer needs and building products that truly solve their problems.
- Should be comfortable with data and use it to make informed decisions and measure success.
- Effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences, fostering alignment and building consensus.
