Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Manager of Learning & Development (L&D). This role will be pivotal in driving our organizational learning initiatives while integrating strategies to enhance overall employee development and automation.


Responsibilities:


  1. Learning & Development Strategy:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive L&D strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Identify training needs through collaboration with HRBPs and other stakeholders.
  • Design and deliver training programs that address both individual and organizational needs.

2. HR Business Partner Integration:

  • Partner closely with HRBPs to understand business priorities and translate them into L&D initiatives.
  • Collaborate on succession planning, talent development, and career pathing efforts.

3. Training Program Management:

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of training programs from conception to evaluation.
  • Ensure training programs are effective, engaging, and aligned with industry best practices.
  • Utilize feedback mechanisms to continuously improve training content and delivery.
  • Deliver training sessions on soft skills and other skill improvement areas.

4. Leadership and Team Development:

  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.
  • Identify high-potential talent and create development plans to nurture future leaders.

5. Evaluation and Reporting:

  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of L&D initiatives.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on training outcomes and ROI.
  • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to L&D strategies and also manage L&D budgeting and expenses.

HR Automation:

  1. Automation Strategy:
  • Develop and implement strategies to leverage HR automation tools for optimizing processes.

2. System Management:

  • Design HR system for automation of HR process including learning platforms, performance management tools, data analytics systems & HR Processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an L&D Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 8-10 yrs.
  • Excellent instructional design and facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to generate actionable insights from HR metrics.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
