Lead-Civil Construction

The Lead Civil Construction in Renewables will oversee all civil construction activities related to renewable energy projects, including wind, solar & hybrid. This role will involve the management of civil construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and driving quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil construction, renewable energy, and construction management.

Roles & Responsibility:

• Lead and manage all civil construction activities for renewable energy projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
• Oversee the execution of civil construction works, including earthworks, foundations, access roads, drainage, and other infrastructure.
• Ensure effective site management, logistics, and resources allocation to meet project timelines.
• Implement and oversee quality control procedures to ensure all civil works meet the required technical specifications and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to source materials, equipment, and subcontractors in line with project requirements.
• Oversee cost tracking and ensure that civil construction activities are executed within the allocated budget.
• Enforce HSE policies on-site and ensure that civil construction activities are carried out in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
• Maintain accurate project records, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal company policies.

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering

Experience:

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in renewable energy projects (wind, solar, hybrid) is highly desirable.
• Strong experience in managing large-scale civil engineering works, including site preparation, foundations, drainage, and access roads.
• Familiarity with renewable energy construction standards, local codes, and permitting processes.
