is looking for a skilled Content Writer to create engaging, informative, and persuasive content that drives brand visibility and audience engagement.

The primary goal of this position is to produce high-quality written content for websites, blogs, social media, and marketing materials.

The Content Writer will play a crucial role in shaping the voice of our clients brands and ensuring that their message is clear and impactful across all platforms.

Responsibilities: Event Design: Develop creative designs for event-related materials, including banners, posters, stage setups, invitations, social media graphics, standees, and brochures.


Event Branding: Ensure all event graphics maintain consistency with the events branding and overall theme, contributing to a cohesive look and feel.


Visual Content Creation: Design visual content for event presentations, multimedia screens, and digital displays used during events.


On-Site Graphics Adaptation: Make adjustments to event graphics on-site as needed, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.


Collaboration: Work closely with the event team to understand event goals, client requirements, and branding needs.

Collaborate with vendors for print and production quality checks.


Project Management: Manage multiple event design projects concurrently, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high design standards.


Pre-Event Post-Event Designs: Design pre-event marketing materials (social media posts, emailers) and post-event materials (thank you cards, event highlights).


Software Use: Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for content creation, and stay updated on design tools for event-specific requirements.

Qualifications Education: Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.


Experience: 2+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on event-related design preferred.

Skills Required Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).


Strong portfolio showcasing event design work.


Understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.


Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively during events.


Experience in print production processes and large-format graphics.

Soft Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.


Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
