Human Resource Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Searching and Finalizing CVs from INFRACON portal as per requirement of Tender documents.
• Conduct thorough analysis of tender documents, technical specifications, and proposal requirements to develop effective bidding strategies.
• Finalizing CV from INFRACON portal according to eligibility criteria of original candidate in the project with comparison sheet.
• Screens applicants for basic compliance with position qualifications, summarizes CVs for easier evaluation by the departmental heads.
• Formatting CVs according to the requirement.
• Familiar with all INFRACON procedure. Working knowledge on INFRACON Portal Responsible for Sourcing, Staffing, scoping, and on boarding candidates, screening, short listing candidate sourced through portal and validating them on their experience and interest on the role. Prepare Team for selected project & Replacement of Key Personnel & Sub Professional. CV preparation and evaluation as per RFP Criteria handling all projects related to NHAI, NHIDCL, MORTH, BRO etc.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-5 years of experience in the related field.
• Holds a Bachelor/Post Graduation degree from a recognized reputed university. Should have relevant years of experience in related field.
• Knowledge of Human Resource principles.
• Should have good English communication skill.
