1.Search / Scrutiny of Property Titles. Specialize in non-litigation due diligence, primarily focusing on property documentation. verifying key property documents like titles, agreements, and approvals. check the chain of ownership, title deeds, and ensure that the property is free from encumbrances or disputes. maintain a detailed checklist to ensure that all required documents are present and accurate before a transaction is completed.

Good command over Kannada language especially Reading and speaking is a must, must have a Law Degree.
