Reporting to the Director, Information Security the Senior Information Security Engineer will work with cross functional teams to advise and build security solutions across the Lytx ecosystem. This role expands the Lytx Security program by contributing to the design and implementation of security tools, security controls, and automation frameworks to ensure the integrity, availability, and confidentiality of Lytx s data and information systems with a focus on vulnerability exposure management. you'll Get To:
Analyze, document and communicate the security needs for cloud native information systems, networks, and applications
Develop and implement vulnerability exposure projects across cross-functional technical teams
Provide vulnerability remediation related guidance and training for technical, non-technical, and business related cross-functional teams
Function as an enterprise security subject matter expert (SME) on exposure management who can explain complex like hood and impact of exploitation of security defect topics to those without a technical background
Support and guide the implementation of CSPM in AWS in support of the compliance and risk management functions
Support and SME expertise for SAST and DAST technologies in support of application security program

What you'll Need:
Bachelor degree and 4+ years of relevant experience; or 7+ years of relevant experience
Relevant information security certifications such as Security+, CEH, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate and AWS Certified Security - Specialty are preferred
Knowledge of cyber threats, adversary techniques, enterprise security architecture, and incident response
Knowledge of the implementation and maintenance of controls required by best practice, compliance standards and regulations such as SOC 2, ISO27001 and CIS 18.
Experience working in a distributed enterprise SaaS/Cloud environment
Hands on experience with vulnerability management tools
