Job Description

As the Staff/ Principal Product Manager for Responsible AI , you will play a critical role in ensuring that our AI products are developed responsibly. You will champion principles of fairness, transparency, privacy, and accountability throughout all stages of AI development and deployment. Additionally, you will stay updated on current and emerging AI requirements , such as the EU AI Act, and provide proactive recommendations to leadership. Your expertise will be essential in evaluating AI use cases, defining requirements for responsible product delivery, and building a cohesive program to efficiently deliver on responsible AI priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Champion principles of fairness, transparency, privacy, and accountability in all aspects of AI development and deployment.
Stay abreast of current and emerging AI requirements for our global markets and provide proactive recommendations to leadership.
Evaluate product AI use cases to assess risks and define requirements for responsible product delivery.
Build a strong and aligned program to efficiently deliver on responsible AI priorities including but not limited to documentation, operational metrics, transparency & data retention.
Maintain a prioritized roadmap to deliver on our strategy for responsible AI.
Develop and own communication plans to proactively communicate program status, issues, and risks to team members.
Define and track key metrics and key quality and performance indicators, driving cross-functional execution of program deliverables.
Serve as a subject-matter expert on AI compliance issues , providing guidance and training to internal teams as needed.
Work closely with sales, marketing & legal teams to prepare product and marketing materials and support go-to-market initiatives.
Support development of internal material to assist sales and customer support with client understanding of our AI policies and products.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree and 8 + years of experience in product management, program management or software development.
5+ years of experience shipping complex products preferable machine learning based products.
Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving industry and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Experience in Responsible AI or Digital Safety Preferred.
