Assistant Manager/Senior Executive - Merchant Onboarding

Merchant underwriting based on their line of business and onboarding new merchant applications based on their sectors.

Risk Evaluation of new merchant sign-ups and ensuring compliance with Lyra, Banks and Payment Scheme regulations.

Analyze the merchant’s business model, Business tenure, its operations and areas of operation.

Responsible for ensuring KYC checks and completing Enhanced Due Diligence.

Merchant account activations

Meet the targets for vendor/merchant onboarding, follow up on time, and resolve vendor queries in time

Minimum 2-4+ years of relevant experience in Back End Operations, preferably from a fintech background.

Process oriented, proactive and result driven individual. 

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to understand the merchant’s requirement before the account is activated.

Be a quick learner with an analytical mind, to understand back end operations and the fintech product.

Must have excellent communication and mail writing skill, Fluent communication in English.
