Purchase Executive

Job Summary: This role requires for a detail-oriented and experienced Executive for Packaging Procurement to join our team. This role involves managing the procurement process for packaging materials, overseeing inventory verification, and collaborating with multiple departments to ensure timely delivery of packaging materials. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and experience in procurement and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Send approved purchase orders to vendors and obtain confirmations within two working days of placing the Po.

• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of Packing materials (to work on follow-up module).

• Provide regular status updates to relevant departments on raw material procurement.

• Add dispatch details received from various suppliers in odoo and keep in touch with store and logistics and transporters for timely delivery. (to work on dispatch module) and track material till receiving in plant.

• Raise tickets related to price revisions, material unavailability, or substantial delays.(Complete ownership).
