Lead Software Engineer - Full Stack Development (10-12 yrs)

There is an immediate opening for the below mentioned position.

Role : R&D Lead Software Engineer.

Experience : 10+ years.

Location : Bangalore(Hybrid).

Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance, fostering a collaborative environment, and promoting best practices.

- Contribute significantly to the development process, writing code, conducting code reviews, and troubleshooting complex issues.

- Maintain a strong understanding of current and emerging technologies.

- Participate in the design and architecture of new features and products, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.

- Contribute to technology selection and roadmap planning.

- Explore and evaluate new technologies and methodologies, identifying opportunities to improve our products and processes.

- Drive the implementation of innovative solutions.

- Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.

- Champion quality throughout the development lifecycle, promoting testing best practices and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software.

- Mentor and coach junior engineers, helping them develop their technical skills and grow their careers.

- Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Present research findings and project updates to stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications (Must Have) :

- Full-stack development experience.

- Proven track record of "hands-on" software engineering (e.g., Programming, Scripting, Markup Languages), with a preference towards web technologies (e.g., TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, Next.js/React, etc.).

- Team management experience.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Experience with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).

- Experience with Agile development methodologies.

- Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles.

- Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication 1 and interpersonal skills.

- Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
