1. Client Acquisition
Identify and target potential clients for outsourcing services.
Build a strong pipeline of leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.

Develop a deep understanding of the industry verticals the BPO specializes in.
3. Sales Strategy Development
Create and execute strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
Develop tailored proposals and presentations to meet client requirements.
4. Relationship Management
Maintain and nurture longterm relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
5. Contract Negotiation
Lead negotiations on pricing, service level agreements (SLAs), and contractual terms.
Ensure agreements are aligned with company objectives and client expectations.
6. Collaboration with Internal Teams
Work closely with operations and delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding and execution of projects.
Provide feedback to internal teams for service improvements and innovation.
7. Performance Tracking
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline health, conversions, and revenue growth.
Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate records of interactions and deals.
8. Brand Representation
Represent the BPO company at conferences, trade shows, and industry forums.
Enhance the company's visibility and reputation in the market.
9. Innovation and Service Expansion
Identify opportunities for diversifying service offerings.
Propose innovative solutions to meet evolving client needs.
10. Compliance and Risk Management
Ensure all business development activities adhere to regulatory and compliance standards.
Assess risks associated with client acquisition and contracts.
Preferred candidate profile
3-7 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in the BPO/outsourcing industry.
