Job Description
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics (MSD) Modules, including Customer Insights (Journeys and Data) and Sales.
Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Customize and extend MSD Modules to meet business needs.
Integrate MSD solutions with other systems and platforms.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers and development teams.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MSD Modules.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Microsoft Dynamics and related technologies.
Must have
Extensive hands-on experience with MSD Modules, specifically Customer Insights (Journeys and Data) and Sales.
Strong understanding of Sales and Marketing domains.
Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing Dynamics solutions.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and mentor junior engineers.
Nice to have
Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics.
Experience with other MSD Modules and related technologies.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
