Role & responsibilities
- Mandatory Skills Description:• 4 to 7 years of Mainframe/COBOL/CICS/JCL
• 4+ Banking product experience is Mandatory
• Four or more years of product design and development
• Experience working with software design, software development life cycle, and development methodologies and implementation
• Experience in Agile Methodologies - Nice-to-Have Skills:- Minimum 1 year of Hogan experience (any Application)
- BE or Master's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong communication skills
