.Net Production Support Engineer

Job Description
- Responsibilities:- Provide technical support for .NET applications and infrastructure in a production environment .
- Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application functionality, performance, and availability .
- Collaborate with development teams to identify root cause and provide solutions to recurring issues .
- Ensure that all incidents are tracked and resolved within the agreed-upon SLAs .
- Monitor system performance and identify potential issues before they impact the production environment .
- Develop and maintain documentation for support processes and procedures .
Participate in on-call rotation and provide support during non-business hours - Mandatory Skills:
- .NET Core
- Angular
- AWS
- Production support
- Web API
- Mandatory Skills Description:- 4-7 years of experience.
- Strong .NET skills with good hands-on experience in .Net Core and Web API.
- Strong working experience in Production Support Incidents and Bug fixes.
- High level Understanding of different database systems like Oracle, SQL Server.
- Good troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently and directly with the client.
- Basic understanding of AWS or AZURE based cloud experience.
- Candidate need to work from office (Bangalore/Hyderabad/Chennai) Hybrid model (2 days a week).
- Should have good communication and presentation skills. - Nice-to-Have Skills Description:Insurance domain experience
